This section highlights the supported vNIOS for Google Cloud Trinzic X5 series appliances and their specifications.

The following tables list vNIOS for Google Cloud models that support one and two network interfaces configuration in NIOS 8.6 and later releases.

You have the option to configure the storage in one of the following ways: 250 GB for virtual appliances running on NIOS versions prior to 9.0.1, 500 GB for NIOS versions 9.0.1 and later, or a value between 150 GB and 2.5 TB configured during the first boot if the vNIOS instances are set up with resizable images.

# Guidelines and Recommendations

- You can use the values that appear by default or extend the values as per your requirements. Using less than the recommended resources can cause a reduction in performance.
- If a vNIOS instance is running on a NIOS version prior to 9.0.1, the disk size will be set to 250 GB.
