The platform not only integrates computing, storage, and network resources but also manages highly available clusters. The virtual NIOS appliance enables you to deploy virtual instances of large, high-performance, robust, manageable, and cost-effective Infoblox Grids. The NIOS virtual appliance for Proxmox functions as a hardware virtual machine guest on a Linux system. It provides integrated, secure, and easy-to-manage DNS (Domain Name System), DHCP (Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol), IPAM (IP address management), DNS Infrastructure Protection, DCA (DNS Cache Acceleration), and reporting services. Additionally, it provides a framework for integrating all components of the modular Infoblox solution.
