The following topic explains how to troubleshoot errors you may encounter in the FIPS/CC mode.

# BloxConnect rsync Errors

In NIOS 9.0.7 Grids (with or without FIPS/CC -enabled), ifBloxConnect is disabled, you may see the following error in the log files:

run_rsync(): HEKA: Data json file rsync failed with error: sync error: some files/attrs were not transferred

 This error displayed due to one of the following reasons:

- On a fresh Grid Manager setup, the process manager attempts to fetch the heka_data.json file from the Grid Master. However, BloxConnect begins collecting static data only after 8 hours. Since the file does not yet exist, the system logs the error.
- After a system restart (either automatically or manually), the error may be displayed in the log files.

This error does not impact functionality. Infoblox recommends that you review the log files before performing Grid synchronization to ensure the system is in a stable state.
