Use the **Restart IPAM services** workflow to manually initiate an on-demand restart of IPAM services or to embed such a restart into a custom-built workflow. For example, you might use this workflow to restart services after a batch of requests have been served.

To restart the IPAM services:

1. Log in to the *VMware Aria Automation Cloud Services Console*.
2. On the **Services** tab, click **Orchestrator**.
3. In the **Dashboard** panel, expand **Library** and click **Workflows**.
The **Workflows** folder and its contents are displayed.
4. Expand **Library** > **Infoblox**, and select **Restart IPAM services**.
5. In the top-level menu of the workflow panel, click **Run**.
The **Reserve IPAM services** panel is displayed.
6. On the **Connection** tab, click **Connection to the IPAM server** and select the IPAM connection as follows:
 1. In the **Select InfobloxIPAM:IPAMConnection** dialog, expand **Infoblox IPAM** and select the IPAM connection.
 2. Click **Select**.
7. On the **Restart options** tab, configure the options as follows:
 1. **The order in which Grid members are being restarted**: **Simultaneously** or **Sequentially**.
 2. **The type of the restart request**: **Force** or **If needed**.
 3. **Grid services to restart**: **All**, **DHCP**, or **DNS**
 4. **The delayed time in seconds, between Grid member restarts**: is available only when you choose a sequential restart of services.
8. Click **Run**.
