You can delete collectors from the Operations Center when they are no longer needed or must be replaced. After you delete a collector, deregister it in the NetMRI administrative shell.

To delete a collector:

1. Sign in to the NetMRI UI.
2. Click the **Settings** icon<span style="color: #000000"> </span>><span style="color: #000000"> </span>**Setup**<span style="color: #000000"> </span>><span style="color: #000000"> </span>**<span style="color: #000000">Tunnels and Collectors</span>**<span style="color: #000000">.</span>
3. Hover over the **Actions** icon in the collector row and then select **Delete System**.
4. Click **OK**.

To deregister a collector:

1. Sign in to the NetMRI administrative shell of the collector you want to deregister.
2. In the NetMRI administrative shell, do the following:
  1. At the command prompt, enter `deregister `and then press **Enter**.
  2. When prompted to continue, enter `y `to confirm and then press **Enter**.
