You use the` Action-Timeout` attribute to enforce a specific timeout value for a particular Action section in a script. `Action-Timeout` values inherit their default settings from the global `Script-Timeout` value in NetMRI. Setting this value in a specific Action section will override the global `Script-Timeout` value for that Action section. However, the script stops executing if the `Script-Timeout` or [*<span style="color: #0000ff">DIS max timeout</span>*](https://infoblox-docs.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/NCSG/pages/23199963) value is reached.

**Example**

`Action-Timeout: 300`
