The following are prerequisites for the Infoblox IQ for Threat Defense integration:

## Infoblox

1. License entitlements for Data Connector, IQ for Threat Defense, and Ecosystem
2. A NIOS-X virtual server with the Data Connector service enabled. For deploying the Data Connector, refer to [this guide](https://docs.infoblox.com/space/BloxOneThreatDefense/35472014/Data+Connector).
3. A valid Infoblox API key with IQ for Threat Defense access. For generating API Key, refer [Configuring User API Keys](https://docs.infoblox.com/space/BloxOneDDI/186778957/Configuring+User+API+Keys).

## Slack

1. Slack Webhook
  1. Go to your Slack workspace.
  2. Navigate to the channel where you want to receive notifications.
  3. Click on the channel name and select **Integrations**.
  4. Click **Add an App** and search for **Incoming Webhooks**.
  5. Click **Add to Slack**.
  6. Select the channel you want to post to and click **Add Incoming Webhooks Integration**.
  7. Copy the generated webhook URL.
