1. Go to Infoblox App For Splunk >Inputs.
2. Click on Create New input > Infoblox IQ for Threat Defense.
3. Provide all parameters shown in the following table.

4. Click on the Add button.
5. The data collection will happen for the last 30 days automatically and it will collect data from the latest time to last 30 days in reverse.

| **Parameters** | **Type** | **Description** |
| Name | Textbox | A name to uniquely identify the input. |
| Interval | Textbox | Time interval for input in seconds. Default = 14400 |
| Index | Dropdown | The index in which data should be collected. Only required if "Collection Type" is set to "Index".Default = “default” |
| Infoblox Account | Dropdown | Select the Infoblox Account for which you want to collect data. |

> ℹ️ This integration supports collection of additional data for Infoblox IQ for Threat Defense. It can poll data at scheduled intervals or be triggered on demand.
