## Infoblox

1. License entitlements for Data Connector, IPAM,DHCP, Threat Defense, and Ecosystem needed
2. A valid Infoblox API key. For generating API Key, refer [Configuring User API Keys](https://docs.infoblox.com/space/BloxOneDDI/186778957/Configuring+User+API+Keys).
3. To perform Sync with Tenable the respective Object itself or IP Space for any object must have **Tenable_sync **tag value set “true”
4. To add Tag in Asset in Tenable the the respective Object itself or IP Space for any object must have **Tenable_tag **value tagged
5. To perform scan for that particular object in Tenable the respective Object itself or IP Space for any object must have **Tenable_scan **tag value set “true”
6. To perform scan for object which are received via Threat Defence Threat Feed Logs, the ipam address must be tagged as **‘VM_Scan_on_Policy_Hit’ **value set “true”
7. For **Threat Defense** to function properly, it requires both **DFP **and **DHCP services** to be running on a designated host.

## Tenable

1. Permission to create scans, access scan results, and manage assets.
2. Required role on Tenable: Scan Manager or Scan Operator
3. Generate the following
  1. TenableAccessKey: The Tenable API access key.
  2. TenableSecretKey: The Tenable API secret key.
  3. TenableTemplateName: The Tenable scan template name (Basic Network Scan).
  4. TenableScannerName: The Tenable scanner name (e.g., US Cloud Scanner).
