### Data Connector Configuration: Rapid7 Threat Defense Integration

#### Location:

- Navigate to:  
`Configure > Administration > Data Connector`

#### Steps:

1. Go to the `Destination` tab.
2. Select the Destination for Fetch Scan results.
3. Click `Edit` to open the configuration panel.
4. Expand the `Variables` section.
5. Provide appropriate values for the required **destination variables **as follows**:**

### Traffic Flow Configuration – Scan Result Enrichment (Rapid7 Integration)

This Traffic Flow defines a **scheduled job** that enriches Infoblox assets with the **latest Rapid7 scan results**, highlighting critical vulnerabilities for visibility and action.

###  Configuration Steps

1. **Navigate to:**  
`Configure > Administration > Data Connector`
2. **Open the Traffic Flow tab:**
  - Select the tab `Traffic Flow`
  - Select the Traffic Flow for Fetch Scan Results
  - Click `Edit` to begin configuration

3. **Log Source Configuration **
  - **Source:** Select `Schedule Source`
  - **Source Configuration:**
    - Set the frequency to **“Every 1 hour”** using:
      - The **Schedule Builder**, or
      - A **Cron Expression** (`0 * * * *` for every hour)
  - Click `Next`

4. **Destination Configuration **
  - **Primary Destination:**  
Select `Infoblox Threat Defense integration for Rapid7_IpamTDscheduleresults`
  - This defines where the scan data is pulled from and how it's applied to enrich Infoblox assets
  - Click `Next`

5. **Service Instance **
  - **Service Instance:**  
Choose the appropriate instance that runs the **Data Connector Service**
  - Ensure this instance is active and configured for the Rapid7 enrichment use case
  - Click `Next`

6. **Save Configuration**
  - Review all configuration details in the **Summary** screen:
    - Schedule: Every 1 hour (recommended)
    - Source: Schedule Source
    - Destination: Rapid7 Scheduler Scan Result
    - Service Instance: Data Connector
  - Click `Save and Close` to activate the Traffic Flow
