- Access to **Infoblox Cloud Portal** with appropriate privileges
- **Infoblox Threat Defense™ license** must be active and valid
- **DHCP and DNS Forwarding Proxy (DFP)** service must be:
  - Running on an NIOS-X server, which is registered and visible in the Infoblox Portal
- **Data Connector Service**
- DHCP leases must be provided by the **Infoblox DHCP server**
- DNS queries must be **forwarded by DFP** to Infoblox Cloud for inspection
