The report begins with a header showing the organization name and contact name entered on the “General” tab, followed by the contact email address, a timestamp showing when the tests were started, the amount of time the tests took to complete, and the version of the tool that produced the report.

Four summaries follow the header, *Infrastructure*, *Zone*,*Name Servers* and *Canceled Tests*.  Each summary displays a count of the number of tests that returned a status in each category (*Severe, Serious, Potential *and *Configured Correctly*), as well as the total number of tests.  The *Zone *and *Name Servers *summaries also display the domain names of the zones and DNS servers tested.  The *Canceled Tests *summary displays how many tests in each category (*Infrastructure, Zone *and *Name Server*) were canceled.

Finally, the report includes the detailed test results.  The results of the *Infrastructure* tests come first, followed by the *Zone* tests and the *Name Server* tests.  In the tool (as opposed to a PDF written by the tool), the detailed results are shown collapsed by default, showing only:

- A colored circle giving the status of the test result:
  - Red for severe
  - Orange for serious
  - Yellow for potential
  - Green for configured correctly
  - Grey for canceled, or when the test couldn’t run (for example, because zone transfers failed)
- The test ID
- A short description of the test

To expand a given result and view details, click on the down arrow to the right of the description.  The detailed results include:

- The domain name of the zone, DNS server or resource tested
- A detailed textual result
- A detailed description of the test run (in the “Description” section)
- Information about the significance of the test (in the “Implication” section)
- Information about how to fix any problem identified by the test (in the “Mitigation” section)
