> ⚠️ <span style="color: #000000">A data profile must be created prior to uploading TIDE data.</span>

<span style="color: #000000">To create new TIDE data profiles, complete the following:</span>

1. <span style="color: #000000">From the Infoblox Portal, click </span>**Security** > **Configuration **<span style="color: #000000">> </span><span style="color: #000000">**TIDE**</span><span style="color: #000000">.</span>
2. <span style="color: #000000">On the </span><span style="color: #000000">**Data Upload **</span><span style="color: #000000">page, click the </span><span style="color: #000000">**Data Profiles **</span><span style="color: #000000">tab, located above the </span><span style="color: #000000">**Action**</span><span style="color: #000000"> bar.</span>
3. <span style="color: #000000">On the </span><span style="color: #000000">**Data Profiles**</span><span style="color: #000000"> page, click </span><span style="color: #000000">**Create Profile**</span><span style="color: #000000">.</span>
4. <span style="color: #000000">On the </span><span style="color: #000000">**Create Data Profile **</span><span style="color: #000000">page, specify the following:</span>
  - <span style="color: #000000">**Name**</span><span style="color: #000000">: Enter a name for the data profile. The name must be a single word, and only alphanumeric characters, "-", and "_" are allowed. For example, “John-smith_profile” is allowed but “John smith profile” is not.</span>
  - <span style="color: #000000">**Description**</span><span style="color: #000000">: Enter a brief description of the data profile.  </span>
  - <span style="color: #000000">**Feed Name**</span><span style="color: #000000">: Enter a name for the data feed. The name must be a single word, and only alphanumeric characters, "-", and "_" are allowed. For example, “John-smith007_feed” is permitted but “John smith 007 feed” is not.  </span>
  - <span style="color: #000000">**Use Default TTLs**</span><span style="color: #000000">: To use default TTL values, toggle the switch to </span><span style="color: #000000">**Yes**</span><span style="color: #000000">. </span>
5. <span style="color: #000000">Click </span><span style="color: #000000">**Save & Close**</span><span style="color: #000000"> to save or click </span><span style="color: #000000">**Cancel**</span><span style="color: #000000"> to cancel the data profile configuration.</span>
