After creating a NIOS-X server, you can configure it through the **Edit <Server>** wizard:

1. On the **Network > Services & Servers > Servers** tab of the Infoblox Portal, select the checkbox of the server you want to configure, and then click **Edit**.
2. In the **Edit <Server>** wizard, complete the following steps:

> 📝 If any configuration or modification is invalid, the system will automatically revert to the previous or default configuration after a few minutes. For example, if there’s a typo while updating the IP address of an interface, the resulting invalid configuration will trigger an automatic rollback. In this case, the NIOS-X server restores the previous or default IP address to ensure continued operation. This validation process runs in the background and does not disrupt normal server operations.
