The **GENERAL INFORMATION** > **METRICS** page displays the following information about a service:

**Service Status**

This section displays the service status for the time frame you have chosen.

- **View Last**: From the drop-down menu, choose the time interval for which you want to view the graph of service status. Your choices are **1 hour**, **24 hours**, **48 hours**, **7 days**, and **30 days**.
- **<Service> Status**: The graph shows one of the following statuses and the percentage of time the status persisted within the selected time frame:
  - **Error**: The service or connection failed.
  - **Online**: The service is running properly, and connection is good. No corrective action is required.
  - **Degraded**: The service has degraded to some extent but is available.
  - **Stopped**: The service has been stopped, and no connection has been established.
  - **Unknown**: No configuration has been set for this service. Therefore, no verification will be performed until you set up the necessary configuration.
