<span style="color: #000000">To edit an existing access policy, complete the following:</span>

1. <span style="color: #000000">Log in to Infoblox Portal.</span>
2. <span style="color: #000000">Go to </span><span style="color: #000000">**System**</span><span style="color: #000000"> > </span><span style="color: #000000">**Administration**</span><span style="color: #000000"> > </span><span style="color: #000000">**User Access**</span><span style="color: #000000">.</span>
3. <span style="color: #000000">Select an access policy and click </span><span style="color: #000000">**Edit**</span><span style="color: #000000"> from the menu next to the policy.</span>
4. <span style="color: #000000">In the </span><span style="color: #000000">**Edit Access Policy**</span><span style="color: #000000"> dialog, complete the following:</span>
  - <span style="color: #000000">**Name**</span><span style="color: #000000">: Edit the name of the access policy you want to add. Ensure that you enter a name that reflects the function of this policy.</span>
  - <span style="color: #000000">**Description**</span><span style="color: #000000">: Edit a description of this access policy.</span>
  - <span style="color: #000000">**Role**</span><span style="color: #000000">: From the drop-down menu, select the user role you want to apply to the user group for this access policy. If you plan to configure access views, ensure that you select a role that supports access views. Otherwise, when you try to select an access view in the </span><span style="color: #000000">**Access View**</span><span style="color: #000000"> field below, the unsupported role will be removed and you will need to re-select a supported role. Access view supports only the following roles:</span>
    - <span style="color: #000000">DDI DHCP Auditor Role</span>
    - <span style="color: #000000">DDI DHCP Manager Role</span>
    - <span style="color: #000000">DDI DHCP User Role</span>
    - <span style="color: #000000"> DDI DNS Auditor Role</span>
    - DDI DNS Manager Role
    - DDI DNS Operator Role
    - DDI DNS User Role
    - DDI IPAM Auditor Role
    - DDI IPAM Manager Role
    - DDI IPAM Operator Role
    - DDI IPAM User Role
  - <span style="color: #000000">**User Group**</span><span style="color: #000000">: From the drop-down menu, select the user group you want to use for this access policy. Note that all users in the user group will assume the access permissions to the applicable services and responsibilities in the selected user role. Ensure that you understand the set of permissions in the user role that you plan to grant to this user group.</span>
  - <span style="color: #172b4d">**Access Vview**</span><span style="color: #172b4d">: From the drop-down menu, select the access view to which you want to assign the access policy. You can use the search function to quickly locate a specific access view. If you have selected a role that does not support access views (in the </span><span style="color: #172b4d">**Role**</span><span style="color: #172b4d"> field above), the role will be removed and you will need to re-select a role that supports access views. 5. <span style="color: #000000">Click </span><span style="color: #000000">**Save & Close**</span><span style="color: #000000"> to save the changes.</span>
