<span style="color: #000000">To configure service integrations for PagerDuty notifications, do the following:</span>

1. <span style="color: #000000">Log in to Infoblox Portal.</span>
2. <span style="color: #000000">Click the notification icon on the top right corner (next to the global search icon) of the Portal.</span>
3. <span style="color: #000000">In the Notifications panel, click the ellipse icon > View All/Settings.</span>
4. <span style="color: #000000">Click the </span><span style="color: #000000">**Service Integrations**</span><span style="color: #000000"> tab.</span>
5. <span style="color: #000000">Click </span><span style="color: #000000">**Add Service Integration**</span><span style="color: #000000"> and specify the following:</span>

- <span style="color: #000000">**Type**</span><span style="color: #000000">: From the drop-down menu, select </span><span style="color: #000000">**PagerDuty**</span><span style="color: #000000">..</span>
- <span style="color: #000000">**Name**</span><span style="color: #000000">: Enter the name for this pager duty service. This name shows up in the </span><span style="color: #000000">**Notification Settings**</span><span style="color: #000000"> page.</span>
- <span style="color: #000000">**PagerDuty URL**</span><span style="color: #000000">: This field displays the default PagerDuty URL. You most likely do not need to change this URL.</span>
- <span style="color: #000000">**PagerDuty ID**</span><span style="color: #000000">: This is a PagerDuty integration ID (also known as the routing key) that you set up on the PagerDuty side.</span>

<span style="color: #000000">Click </span><span style="color: #000000">**Save & Close**</span><span style="color: #000000">. Note that you do not need to validate the PagerDuty configuration because the validation will be performed for the Webhook integration. Please ignore the </span><span style="color: #000000">**Validate**</span><span style="color: #000000"> option while saving the PagerDuty integration. If you try to validate the configuration, you will get a template error.</span>

> ⚠️ After you have added or configured new services, they will appear under the **Service Integrations** tab of the **Notifications** page. Ensure that you select the new services if you want to send notifications to these services.
