<span style="color: #000000">The </span><span style="color: #000000">**System**</span><span style="color: #000000"> > </span><span style="color: #000000">**Administration**</span><span style="color: #000000"> > </span><span style="color: #000000">**Tags **</span><span style="color: #000000">page</span> displays all tags that were created explicitly or implicitly. When you add a new tag while creating a new object, the tag will automatically be added to the database and appear on this page. For information about how to use tags, see <span style="color: #000000">*[Managing Tags](https://infoblox-docs.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/BloxOneCloud/pages/35397076)*</span><span style="color: #000000">.</span>

<span style="color: #000000">To view all the tags in the system, complete the following:</span>

1. <span style="color: #000000">From Infoblox Portal, click </span>**System** <span style="color: #000000">> </span><span style="color: #000000">**Administration**</span><span style="color: #000000"> > </span><span style="color: #000000">**Tags**</span><span style="color: #000000">.</span>
2. <span style="color: #000000">Infoblox Portal displays the following for each tag:</span>
  - <span style="color: #000000">**KEY**</span><span style="color: #000000">: The name of the tag.</span>
  - <span style="color: #000000">**STATUS**</span><span style="color: #000000">: The current status of this tag. This can be </span><span style="color: #000000">**Active**</span><span style="color: #000000"> or </span><span style="color: #000000">**Revoked**</span><span style="color: #000000">, in which </span><span style="color: #000000">**Active**</span><span style="color: #000000"> means the tag is active and effective, and </span><span style="color: #000000">**Revoked**</span><span style="color: #000000"> means the tag is deactivated and is no longer in effect. A revoked tag is automatically removed from the object to which it was previously assigned.</span>
  - <span style="color: #000000">**TYPE**</span><span style="color: #000000">: The type of key. This can be </span><span style="color: #000000">**Free-form**</span><span style="color: #000000"> or </span><span style="color: #000000">**Restricted**</span><span style="color: #000000">. You can define a regular expression for a </span><span style="color: #000000">**Free-form**</span><span style="color: #000000"> key, but not a </span><span style="color: #000000">**Restricted**</span><span style="color: #000000"> key.</span>
  - <span style="color: #000000">**REGEX**</span><span style="color: #000000">: The regular expression defines the restriction you set for the free-form tag.</span>
  - <span style="color: #000000">**REGEX DESCRIPTION**</span><span style="color: #000000">: Information about the regular expression you defined for the tag. </span>
  - <span style="color: #000000">**VALUE(S)**</span><span style="color: #000000">: This field displays the value(s) you specified for the restricted tag, or the value(s) that have been used for the free-form tag that contains a regular expression.</span>

<span style="color: #000000">You can also do the following in this  tab:</span>

- <span style="color: #000000">Click the option menu next to the checkbox to select the columns you want to display, or use the arrow keys to reorder the columns.</span>
- <span style="color: #000000">Click the option menu next to the checkbox, and select </span><span style="color: #000000">**Edit**</span><span style="color: #000000"> to modify tag information. You can also select the respective tag and click the </span><span style="color: #000000">**Edit**</span><span style="color: #000000"> button to do so.</span>
- <span style="color: #000000">Click the option menu next to the checkbox, and select </span><span style="color: #000000">**Revoke**</span><span style="color: #000000">. You can also select the respective tag and click the </span><span style="color: #000000">**Revoke**</span><span style="color: #000000"> button to do so. </span>You can deactivate a tag when it is no longer valid based on your business requirements by revoking a tag. When you revoke a specific tag, it will be automatically removed from the object or objects to which the tag was previously assigned.
- <span style="color: #000000">Enter the value that you want to search in the </span><span style="color: #000000">**Search**</span><span style="color: #000000"> text box. Infoblox Portal displays the list of records that match the keyword in the text box. </span>
- Click the filter button in the top-right corner, and then click the plus button to filter data by the available values.
