You have the ability to customize your personal notification delivery settings, so you can receive specific notifications. As an administrator, you can also set up notification delivery preferences for your users.

## Configuring Personal Notification Delivery Settings

<span style="color: #000000">To configure notification delivery methods for users and user groups, complete the following:</span>

1. <span style="color: #000000">From Infoblox Portal, click the notification icon (next to the global search icon) at the top right corner of the Portal.</span>
2. <span style="color: #000000">On the </span><span style="color: #000000">**Notifications**</span><span style="color: #000000"> panel, click</span><span style="color: #000000">** **</span><span style="color: #000000">the </span>ellipsis icon<span style="color: #000000"> > </span><span style="color: #000000">**View All/Settings**</span><span style="color: #000000"> on the upper right-hand side of the panel.</span>
3. Click the **Delivery Settings** tab to configure personal delivery settings.
4. You can click **Expand All Sections** to view all the notifications you may select. The system selects all notifications by default. You can also expand a specific section by clicking the down arrow for that section. You can then select the check boxes of the notifications you want to receive.
5. Click **Save**.

Configuring Admin Notification Delivery Settings

> 📝 The **Admin Settings** option is only visible after you have completed the steps in the **Configuring Personal Notification Delivery Settings** section.

1. To configure admin settings, click **Admin Settings** on the upper right-hand corner of the page.
2. <span style="color: #000000">In the </span><span style="color: #000000">**Admin Settings**</span><span style="color: #000000"> dialog, expand the user group(s) for which you want to configure notifications. You can click </span>**Expand All Sections**<span style="color: #000000"> to view all the user groups and service integrations. You can also expand a specific section by selecting it from the </span>**Sections**<span style="color: #000000"> drop-down list. For each user group or service integration, you can configure whether to delivery notifications through both or one of the following:</span>
  - <span style="color: #000000">**Email**</span><span style="color: #000000">: Select this to send notifications using the users' email addresses.</span>
  - <span style="color: #000000">**In-app**</span><span style="color: #000000">: Select this to have the notifications displayed in a banner on the top right corner of the Infoblox Portal for the users to see when they are logged in to the portal.</span>
3. <span style="color: #000000">Click </span><span style="color: #000000">**Save**</span><span style="color: #000000"> or </span><span style="color: #000000">**Save & Close**</span><span style="color: #000000">. </span>You can click **Reset to Default**<span style="color: #000000"> on top of each section to revert to the default settings.</span>
