<span style="color: #000000">The </span><span style="color: #000000">**System**</span><span style="color: #000000"> ></span><span style="color: #000000">** Administration**</span><span style="color: #000000"> > </span><span style="color: #000000">**User Access**</span><span style="color: #000000"> ></span><span style="color: #000000">** Users**</span><span style="color: #000000"> page displays the following information for portal users that are currently in your system. - <span style="color: #000000">**NAME**</span><span style="color: #000000">: The user name.</span>
- <span style="color: #000000">**EMAIL**</span><span style="color: #000000">: The email address for the user.</span>
- <span style="color: #000000">**USER GROUPS**</span><span style="color: #000000">: The number of user groups to which the user is assigned.</span>
- <span style="color: #000000">**LAST LOGIN**</span><span style="color: #000000">: The timestamp when the user last logged in to the Infoblox Portal.</span>
- <span style="color: #000000">**AUTHENTICATOR**</span><span style="color: #000000">: The entity that authenticates the user. This can be </span><span style="color: #000000">**CSP**</span><span style="color: #000000"> or </span><span style="color: #000000">**IDP**</span><span style="color: #000000">, depending on your authentication setup.</span>

<span style="color: #000000">When you select a user, you can view the user information on the right panel. Click </span><span style="color: #000000">**User Groups**</span><span style="color: #000000"> to view the user groups to which the user belongs. You can also select a user and click </span><span style="color: #000000">**Reset Password**</span><span style="color: #000000"> to reset the password for the user.</span>

<span style="color: #000000">You must assign users to at least one user group to define their roles. When you set a user group as the default, new users are automatically assigned to this user group. Users assume all the permissions from the access policies across the user groups to which they are assigned.</span>

<span style="color: #000000">You can also do the following in this  tab:</span>

- <span style="color: #000000">Click the option menu next to the checkbox to select the columns you want to display, or use the arrow keys to reorder the columns.</span>

- <span style="color: #000000">Click the option menu next to the checkbox, and select </span><span style="color: #000000">**Edit**</span><span style="color: #000000"> to modify user information. You can also select the respective user and click the </span><span style="color: #000000">**Edit**</span><span style="color: #000000"> button to do so.</span>
- <span style="color: #000000">Click the option menu next to the checkbox, and select </span><span style="color: #000000">**Remove**</span><span style="color: #000000"> to delete a user. You can also select the respective user and click the </span><span style="color: #000000">**Remove**</span><span style="color: #000000"> button to do so.</span>
- <span style="color: #000000">Select a user to view additional details in the right panel. You can collapse the right panel by clicking the information button (letter i inside a square). </span>
- <span style="color: #000000">Enter the value that you want to search in the </span><span style="color: #000000">**Search**</span><span style="color: #000000"> text box. Infoblox Portal displays the list of records that match the keyword in the text box. </span>
- <span style="color: #000000">Click the filter button in the top-right corner, and then click the plus button to filter data by the available values.</span>

- <span style="color: #000000">Click </span><span style="color: #000000">**Export as CSV**</span><span style="color: #000000"> to export the user data to a CSV file. The default file name is </span><span style="color: #000000">*Users.csv*</span><span style="color: #000000">. The file supports up to 50,000 rows of data.</span>
