<span style="color: #000000">You can export objects from the Infoblox Portal to a JSON or CSV file that you can use for future imports. For information on the supported object types and the import/export process, see </span><span style="color: #000000">*[Importing and Exporting Data](https://infoblox-docs.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/BloxOneCloud/pages/35396990)*</span><span style="color: #000000">.</span>

<span style="color: #000000">To view export events, go to </span><span style="color: #000000">**Integrations **</span><span style="color: #000000">></span><span style="color: #000000">** Data Import / Export**</span><span style="color: #000000">. The following information is shown for each export:</span>

- <span style="color: #000000">**Filename**</span><span style="color: #000000">: The name of the exported file.</span>
- <span style="color: #000000">**Created by**</span><span style="color: #000000">: The account name of the user who exported the file.</span>
- <span style="color: #000000">**Start time**</span><span style="color: #000000">: The start time of the export.</span>
- <span style="color: #000000">**End time**</span><span style="color: #000000">: The end time of the export.</span>
- <span style="color: #000000">**Object Type**</span><span style="color: #000000">: The number and object types in the exported data.</span>
- <span style="color: #000000">**Status**</span><span style="color: #000000">: An indication of whether the export is in progress (active), complete, or failed.</span>
- <span style="color: #000000">**Download**</span><span style="color: #000000">: The download status of the exported file.</span>
- <span style="color: #000000">**Error**</span><span style="color: #000000">: If the export operation failed, this is the link to the error log that describes the reason of the failure.</span>

<span style="color: #000000">You can do the following in this tab:</span>

- <span style="color: #000000">Click </span><span style="color: #000000">**Sort By**</span><span style="color: #000000"> to sort by </span><span style="color: #000000">**Created by**</span><span style="color: #000000">, </span><span style="color: #000000">**Description**</span><span style="color: #000000">, </span><span style="color: #000000">**Name**</span><span style="color: #000000">, </span><span style="color: #000000">**Start time**</span><span style="color: #000000"> or </span><span style="color: #000000">**Status**</span><span style="color: #000000">. </span>
- <span style="color: #000000">Click the sort button, </span>> Macro (inline-media-image)

<span style="color: #000000">, to sort in ascending or descending order.</span>
- <span style="color: #000000">Enter the keyword in the </span><span style="color: #000000">**Search**</span><span style="color: #000000"> field, to search for a particular entry. </span>
- <span style="color: #000000">Click the filter button, </span>> Macro (inline-media-image)

<span style="color: #000000">, to filter by </span><span style="color: #000000">**Name**</span><span style="color: #000000">, </span><span style="color: #000000">**Description**</span><span style="color: #000000">, </span><span style="color: #000000">**Created By**</span><span style="color: #000000">, </span><span style="color: #000000">**Start time**</span><span style="color: #000000"> or </span><span style="color: #000000">**Status**</span><span style="color: #000000">. </span>

<span style="color: #000000">To export data, complete the following:</span>

1. <span style="color: #000000">Go to </span>**Integrations **><span style="color: #000000">** Data Import / Export**</span><span style="color: #000000">.</span>
2. <span style="color: #000000">Click </span><span style="color: #000000">**Export**</span><span style="color: #000000">. </span>
3. Complete the following steps:
