Infoblox Portal allows you to choose the types of personal notifications you would like to receive. 

To set or update your personal notification subscriptions, complete the following:

1. Log in to Infoblox Portal.
2. Click the notification icon (next to the search icon) on the top right corner of the Portal.
3. In the **New Notifications** panel, click the **Ellipsis Icon** > **View All/Settings**, and then click the **Delivery Settings** tab.
4. On the **Delivery Settings** page, expand the following sections to set the types of personal notifications you would like to receive. Click **Expand All** to expand all the sections. In each section, you can choose to turn on or off all notifications by clicking **Check all** or **Uncheck all **located at the top right corner. The default is **Check all**, which means you will receive all notifications.
  - **Account**:
    - **AWS IPAM Scope Management Request**: Include notifications related to enabling or disabling AWS IPAM scopes via scope management API.
    - **Config Check CDC Metadata Option Enabled **and **Config Check CDC Metadata Option Enabled V2**: Include violations related to enabling the CDC metadata option in your configuration.
    - **Config Check Content Filter Use**: Include violations related to content filters used in your configuration.
    - **Config Check DFP and B1E Used**: Include violations related to the use of DNS Forwarding Proxies (DFPs) and Infoblox Endpoints.
    - **Config Check DNS Fallback Enabled **and **Config Check DNS Fallback Enabled V2**: Include violations related to DNS fallback resolvers not being configured on DNS Forwarding Proxies (DFPs).
    - **Config Check Endpoint Group Settings Check**: Include violations related to Infoblox Endpoint Groups that are missing required security or configuration settings.
    - **Config Check Mobile Protection Check**: Include violations related to missing or inactive mobile endpoints that may indicate gaps in mobile protection coverage.
    - **Config Check Mobile Protection Used**: Include violations related to mobile protection not being used.
    - **Config Check Policy Feed Block**: Include violations against thread feed policies put in place.
    - **Config Check Policy High Risk Content Block**: Include violations against policies for blocking high risk content.
    - **Config Check Policy Rules Order **and **Config Check Policy Rules Order V2**: Include violations related to the order of policy rules that may cause conflicting security behavior.
    - **Config Check Recommended Feeds Check**: Include violations related to recommended feeds not being configured.
    - **Config Check Virus Total Access**: Include notifications related to virus accessing your system.
    - **Dossier Usage**: Include notifications related to Dossier query usage approaching or exceeding the annual limit for your account.
    - **Entitlement Expire Warning**: Include notifications related to entitlements that will expire soon.
    - **Entitlement Expired**: Include notifications when an entitlement has expired.
    - **Interactive API Key Expiry**: Include notifications when interactive API keys have expired.
    - **Lab Feature Activated**: Include notifications when a lab feature is activated.
    - **Lab Feature Deactivated**: Include notifications when a lab feature is deactivated.
    - **License Overage (3-Month-Avg)**: Include notifications when the 3‑month average license usage exceeds capacity.
    - **License Overage (Monthly)**: Include notifications when the monthly license usage exceeds capacity.
    - **Server Autosize Warning**: Include notifications when a server is approaching usage levels requiring autosizing.
    - **Server Autosized**: Include notifications when a server has been automatically resized based on utilization.
    - **Server Usage LPS Percent High**: Include notifications when a server’s LPS usage exceeds the default threshold.
    - **Server Usage Object Percent High**: Include notifications when a server’s object usage exceeds the default threshold.
    - **Server Usage QPS Percent High**: Include notifications when a server’s QPS usage exceeds the default threshold.
    - **Service API Key Expiry**: Include notifications related to service API keys that are expired or will be expiring within the next 14 days.
    - **User Created**: Include notifications related to account creation.
    - **User Deleted: **Include notifications related to account deletion.
  - **System: **
    - **Access Authentication Service Status**: Include notifications related to any changes in the service status.
    - **Access Authentication Service Status Degraded**: Include notifications related to a degraded service.
    - **Access Authentication Service Status Error**: Include notifications related to errors that had occurred to the service.
    - **Anycast Service Status**: Include notifications related to any changes in the service status.
    - **Anycast Service Status Degraded**: Include notifications related to a degraded service.
    - **Anycast Service Status Error**: Include notifications related to errors that had occurred to the service.
    - **Data Connector Service Status**: Include notifications related to any changes in the service status.
    - **Data Connector Service Status Degraded**: Include notifications related to a degraded service.
    - **Data Connector Service Status Error**: Include notifications related to errors that had occurred to the service.
    - **DHCP Service Status**: Include notifications related to any changes in the service status.
    - **DHCP Service Status Degraded**: Include notifications related to a degraded service.
    - **DHCP Service Status Error**: Include notifications related to errors that had occurred to the service.
    - **DNS Service Status**: Include notifications related to any changes in the service status.
    - **DNS Service Status Degraded**: Include notifications related to a degraded service.
    - **DNS Service Status Error**: Include notifications related to errors that had occurred to the service.
    - **Generation of Schedule report failure alert**: Include notifications when the system fails to generate a scheduled report.
    - **Generation of Schedule report is successful alert**: Include notifications when a scheduled report is generated successfully.
    - **Host CPU Usage**: Include notifications of hosts whose CPU usage has exceeded the default threshold is over 90%.
    - **Host Disk Usage**:  Include notifications when the host's total disk usage for the root file system exceeds 90%.
    - **Host Inode Usage**: Include notifications when the total inode usage of files and folders on your account exceeds 90%.
    - **Host Memory Usage**:  Include notifications of hosts whose host memory usage has exceeded 90%.
    - **Host Status Infra**: Include notifications related to the change of host status.
    - **Last Host Activity**: Include notifications on the last activity happened on a host.
    - **NIOS‑XaaS Connection Status Degraded:** Include notifications related to a degraded connection status for NIOS‑X as a Service deployments.
    - **NIOS‑XaaS Connection Status Error:** Include notifications related to connection errors for NIOS‑X as a Service deployments.
    - **NIOS‑XaaS DFP Service Status Degraded:** Include notifications related to a degraded DNS Forwarding Proxy (DFP) service status for NIOS‑X as a Service deployments.
    - **NIOS‑XaaS DFP Service Status Error:** Include notifications related to DNS Forwarding Proxy (DFP) service errors for NIOS‑X as a Service deployments.
    - **NIOS‑XaaS DHCP Service Status Degraded:** Include notifications related to a degraded DHCP service status for NIOS‑X as a Service deployments.
    - **NIOS‑XaaS DHCP Service Status Error:** Include notifications related to DHCP service errors for NIOS‑X as a Service deployments.
    - **NIOS‑XaaS DNS Service Status Degraded:** Include notifications related to a degraded DNS service status for NIOS‑X as a Service deployments.
    - **NIOS‑XaaS DNS Service Status Error:** Include notifications related to DNS service errors for NIOS‑X as a Service deployments.
    - **NIOS‑XaaS NTP Service Status Degraded:** Include notifications related to a degraded NTP service status for NIOS‑X as a Service deployments.
    - **NIOS‑XaaS NTP Service Status Error:** Include notifications related to NTP service errors for NIOS‑X as a Service deployments.
    - **NTP Service Status**: Include notifications related to any changes in the service status.
    - **NTP Service Status Degraded**: Include notifications related to a degraded service.
    - **NTP Service Status Error**: Include notifications related to errors that had occurred to the service.
    - **Pool Health**: Include notifications related to the overall health of IP address pools.
  - **Survey:**
    - **Customer Satisfaction Surveys (CSAT)**: Include invitations to participate in customer satisfaction surveys.
    - **Feature-Specific Feedback Surveys**: Include invitations to provide feedback on specific Infoblox features.
    - **Product Feedback Surveys**: Include invitations to provide feedback on Infoblox products.
  - **Security:**
    - **A new SOC insight has been created**: Include notifications when a new insight is generated by the SOC.
    - **A SOC insight is expiring soon**: Include notifications when an existing SOC insight is nearing expiration.
    - **Infoblox's threat intelligence ML/AI models have detected activity indicative of a new actor insight affecting the security posture of the network**: Include notifications related to new threat actor activity detected by ML/AI models.
    - **Infoblox's threat intelligence ML/AI models have detected activity indicative of a new insight affecting the security posture of the network**: Include notifications related to newly generated threat insights affecting your network.
    - **Infoblox's threat intelligence ML/AI models have detected activity indicative of a new IoT insight affecting the security posture of the network**: Include notifications related to IoT‑specific threat insights detected by ML/AI models.
    - **Infoblox's threat intelligence ML/AI models have detected activity indicative of a new lookalike domain on the network**: Include notifications related to detection of lookalike domains.
    - **Infoblox's threat intelligence ML/AI models have detected activity indicative of a new suspicious indicator on the network**: Include notifications related to newly detected suspicious indicators on the network.
    - **Infoblox's threat intelligence ML/AI models have detected activity indicative of a newly infected asset on the network**: Include notifications when an asset is identified as newly infected.
    - **New Infoblox Endpoint added to the account**: Include notifications when a new endpoint is added to your account.
  - **Announcement:**
    - **Infoblox's CDCSYNC service has detected new version for CDC Integrations**: Include notifications when a new version of a CDC integration becomes available.
    - **New Infoblox Declined Network detected**: Include notifications when a new declined network is detected by Infoblox Support due to insufficient proof.
    - **New Release**: Include notifications for new Infoblox Platform release information on new features and enhancements, based on your Infoblox Platform subscriptions.
    - **New version of Infoblox Endpoint was released**: Include notifications when a new version of the Infoblox endpoint software is released.
    - **Upcoming Releases**: Include notifications related to upcoming Infoblox Platform releases and enhancements.
  - **Network:**
    - **Compartment Reassignment Failed**: Include notifications when the compartment reassignment operation fails.
    - **Compartment Reassignment Succeeded**: Include notifications when the compartment reassignment operation completes successfully.
    - **Config Generation Validation Failed**: Include notifications when configuration generation fails validation.
    - **Copy Failed**: Include notifications when the copy operation failed.
    - **Copy Succeeded**: Include notifications when the copy operation succeeded.
    - **DDI Action**: Include notifications when IQ for DDI Actions are generated.
    - **DNS Cache Flush Failed**: Include notifications when DNS cache flush failed.
    - **DNS Cache Flush Succeeded**: Include notifications when DNS cache flush succeeded.
    - **DNS Records Auto Generation Failed**: Include notifications when the system fails to automatically generate DNS records.
    - **DNSSEC KSK Rollover Events**: Include notifications related to DNSSEC Key Signing Key rollover events.
    - **High DHCP Utilization**: Include notifications when the DHCP utilization exceeds a high threshold.
    - **IQ for DDI - new action created**: Include notifications when IQ‑Insighter generates new insights or recommendations.
    - **Low DHCP Utilization**: Include notifications when the DHCP utilization reaches a low threshold.
    - **SOA MName truncated**: Include notifications related to the truncation of the name of the primary server in the SOA record.
5. Click **Save **(at the top right corner) to save the configuration.
