To view all notifications, complete the following:

  1. From the Cloud Services Portal, click Manage -> Notifications.
  2. On the Notifications page, click the All Notifications tab to view all notifications.
  3. The Cloud Services Portal displays all the notifications here, and you can view the ones that are relevant for troubleshooting purposes. You can also click Delete All Notifications to remove all the notifications or click Refresh to refresh this page.
  4. Note

    Each notification has a prefix that indicates the nature of the event. For example, you might see the following prefixes: ALERT or RESOLVED. Once an event is resolved, you will no longer receive further notifications about that event.
